Insurance & Payment

I am a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice. All other insurance plans are considered out-of-network.

If you opt to use insurance coverage for treatment services, any out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., deductibles, copays, or co-insurance) will be charged to your credit card on file once your claim has been processed. If you opt not to use insurance, are out-of-network, or do not have insurance, the full fee is required at the time of service.

The fee structure for appointments is listed below:

Initial Intake Appointment - $200

Standard Length Session - $150

​

Fees for other services, such as research consultation and supervision, will be discussed and determined on an individual basis.
